Q. Can I make changes to your wedding photo packages?

Yes. You are welcome to design your own package, or make changes to our pre-designed ones.

Q. Do you take the photos yourself?

Yes. All your photographs are taken by myself, Count Phoenix. I process the photographs and design your wedding album. You will see me at every stage from initial consultation through to presentation of your albums.

Q. How long do the wedding photographs take to get back?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your proof album. Once you have chosen your album photos I will design the pages and you can approve the layout before the album is made. Each album is unique and custom designed for you. The whole process can take up to 4 months, but the wait is well worth it.

Q. Do you supply my wedding photos on CD?

Yes. You are presented with a CD containing your high resolution photos (negatives) which you can print from.

Q. How long does it take to get my previews (proofs) back after my studio photo session?

Once the photo session is finished we start work immediately on your photos, which means that you are able to see your final pictures quickly, usually in about 7-10 days.

Once you have chosen your pictures it takes a further 7 - 10 days for the photo retouching process and then approx 3 days for printing.
